You may not nees a Torx driver to remove all screws. Hi All, My HP all in one is about 3 years old, and has served nobly and well. I tried to follow the instructions on the hp website. This page requires Javascript. Thus, the warranty has been removed from this product. It prints out the alignment pages. I cleaned the steel shaft the scanner rides on with a drop of very fine Marvel oil on a paper towel, maybe that helps also!

If not I have some other ideas. It is making a clicking sound and I can't find any type of paper jam.

I've stuck with Aero because I've had no problems with it. I just got the problem for a 2nd time in 6 months and this fix worked for me. I've just checked the cd. Hooked it back up and powered it on and ps worked like a charm. Let me know if you or someone has access to this part
